No Weekends or Holidays Lymphedema-Focused Caseload Rockford, Illinois Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments. Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with lymphedema and other outpatient orthopedic conditions. Provide manual lymphatic drainage, compression therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Collaborate with physicians and the rehabilitation team to optimize patient outcomes. Complete timely EMR documentation and progress reporting. Why Rockford?
