About the role As a Physical Therapist at Monarch Athletic Club, you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, delivering personalized rehabilitation and injury-prevention care tailored to each client’s unique goals and recovery journey. You will collaborate closely with medical professionals, strength and conditioning coaches, and nutrition specialists within our state-of-the-art facilities to provide a comprehensive and client-centered wellness experience. This role is designed for clinicians who value high-quality, one-on-one care and thrive in a collaborative environment. Clients are able to directly book physical therapy sessions, allowing PTs to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and deliver highly individualized care without the limitations of an insurance-based model. All sessions are conducted one-on-one with the client for the full duration of care, without the use of aides or techs. Our PTs work with a wide range of cases, including acute injuries, chronic conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, and injury prevention across the lifespan from individuals new to exercise to high-level and professional athletes. Success in this role requires adaptability, curiosity, strong communication skills, and a commitment to continuous learning. Key Responsibilities Execute 33–35 hours of high-quality, patient-focused physical therapy sessions per week. Evaluate and design individualized rehabilitation and injury-prevention programs for Monarch members. Collaborate with Monarch Medical and Strength & Conditioning teams to develop and implement integrated care plans. Utilize the TrueCoach programming platform and Jane documentation system to deliver and track care plans. Educate clients on injury risk reduction, movement quality, recovery strategies, and long-term wellness practices. Contribute to educational initiatives for members and staff through workshops, presentations, and collaborative learning opportunities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment records in compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Attend weekly team meetings and participate in collaborative case reviews to support optimal client outcomes. Qualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program. Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida. At least one year of experience working in an orthopedic and/or sports physical therapy setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with a strong commitment to client education. Nice to have NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification. Board-certified specialization such as Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) or Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS). Experience working in collegiate athletics or high-performance sport. Experience working with the general population.
