Engineering Program Manager / Technical Program Manager (Hardware)

Requirements Bachelor of Engineering Preferred Masters of Engineering 3 years+ in a program management role Track record of launching successful products Strong communication skills across various engineering disciplines Willingness and ability to travel to China as needed What the job involves We are looking for a passionate Hardware Engineering / Technical Program Manager who will help lead the development of amazing new and innovative products Lead execution of hardware product development programs from concept to mass production Build alignment with senior leaders to establish a clear set of program objectives and design program execution strategies that finds the perfect balance between schedule and risk Navigate the project team through project execution to ensure the right people are working on the right things at the right time Communicate across the various engineering disciplines within the project and across the business to ensure alignment across risks, challenges and results Be a champion for best practices/processes that are impactful for scaling the way we develop products Be a champion for releasing the best possible product so our customers can have the best possible experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Dormont Manufacturing Co
