The Server/Bartender role involves delivering excellent customer service by expertly managing both bar and dining room areas. This position requires flexibility in working various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and daytime hours, with a team structure that divides responsibilities between the bar and dining space. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks accurately and efficiently
- Take customer orders and provide prompt service
- Deliver excellent customer experiences in both bar and dining areas
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash registers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Serve food items as required
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in food and beverage service
