What You’ll Do Identify and connect with talented professionals through networking, referrals, research, and recruiting platforms. Conduct candidate conversations to understand their experience, career goals, and potential fit. Build lasting relationships with professionals across specialized industries. Develop expertise within a specific market and stay current on industry trends. Present qualified candidates and support clients throughout the hiring process. Use recruiting technology and CRM tools to manage candidate pipelines and activity. Collaborate with teammates to deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and clients. Who We’re Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset. Confidence speaking with professionals at different career levels. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to learn. An interest in building a long-term career in recruiting and executive search. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. The ability to work onsite in our Solon, Ohio office. Experience gained through internships, part-time jobs, customer service, sales, sports and athletics, leadership roles, or campus involvement is valued.
