Nursing Home Marketer / Community Liaison
Long Island, NY | Full-Time | Competitive Pay
About the RoleA skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility on Long Island is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Nursing Home Marketer / Community Liaison to help grow census and strengthen its referral network.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys building relationships, networking within the healthcare community, and developing new referral partnerships. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and results-oriented, with a passion for connecting patients and families with the care they need.
ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians, social workers, and other community referral partners.
Conduct outreach, facility tours, and presentations to promote the facility's services.
Identify new referral sources and develop strategies to increase admissions and census.
Maintain consistent communication with existing referral partners and cultivate new business relationships.
Collaborate with admissions, nursing, and facility leadership to facilitate smooth resident transitions.
Represent the facility at networking events, healthcare meetings, and community programs.
Monitor referral activity, follow up on leads, and support census growth initiatives.
Previous experience in healthcare marketing, nursing home admissions, or business development preferred.
Skilled nursing facility or post-acute healthcare experience is a plus.
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Ability to develop new referral relationships and maintain existing partnerships.
Knowledge of Long Island's healthcare network, referral sources, and local market trends is a plus.
