\n \nTITLE:
\nEcommerce Marketing Specialist
\n \nSUMMARY OF ROLE:
\nThe Ecommerce Marketing Specialist will support the day-to-day operations of the company’s online business and website experience. Key responsibilities include assisting with product setup, website maintenance, reporting, and digital merchandising to ensure an accurate, organized, and high-performing online storefront. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin or continue building a career in Ecommerce within a fast-paced apparel environment.
\n \nRESPONSIBILITIES:
\n• Support daily Ecommerce operations and website activities
\n• Assist with creating and maintaining product listings within the website backend
\n• Create and manage product information including SKUs, UPCs, product descriptions, pricing, and imagery uploads
\n• Organize website collections for new arrivals, in-stock items, seasonal launches, and best sellers
\n• Monitor website functionality and communicate errors, bugs, or product issues to the appropriate teams
\n• Assist with monitoring website performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
\n• Support online merchandising updates and website content changes
\n• Assist in researching apps, integrations, and tools that improve workflow and customer experience
\n• Pull and compile basic online sales and website performance reports
\n• Partner with operations, creative, marketing, and customer service teams to support launches and site updates
\n• Help maintain accurate product data and ensure consistency across the website
\n• Support special projects and additional tasks as assigned
\n \nEDUCATION:
\n• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Communications, or a related field preferred
\n• Equivalent work experience or relevant internship experience will also be considered
\n \nEXPERIENCE:
\n• 2 years of experience in Ecommerce, retail, merchandising, digital operations, or administrative support preferred
\n• Internship experience, Shopify exposure, or apparel/retail experience is a plus
\n• Experience with Shopify or similar Ecommerce platforms preferred but not required
\n \nSKILLS:
\n• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
\n• Strong communication and collaboration skills
\n• Comfortable learning new systems, software, and digital tools
\n• Basic analytical skills with an interest in sales reporting and website performance
\n• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
\n• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to tasks
\n• Customer-focused understanding of online shopping experiences
\n• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar platforms preferred
