Job Overview

Come join our team at Toasty's Tavern. We are looking for a skilled server to fill some spots in our schedule. Looking for canidates with 1+ years of experience in high volume casual dining or bar service due to the fast pace nature of our restaurant.
Base pay $11/ hr plus tips (an average of $30/ hr).

Responsibilities

Adhere to our steps of service set forth while interacting with guest.
Take food and drink orders in a timely manner
Cleaning and resetting tables in a quick efficent way
Maintain strong menu knowledge to recommend food, beer, and cocktails.
Manage multiple tables effectively during peak hours
Communicate clearly with front of house and kitchen to ensure smooth service

Skills

Point of sales experience (Toast preferred)
Interacting with guests in a polite, professional freindly manner
