• Get trained on all aspects of managing the daily operations with the support of math instructors and lead instructors, and Center Director

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide children with excellent educational services, elaborate on program details and benefits to current and potential customers
• Supervise and manage instructor schedule in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Cultivate positive and trusting relationships with current and potential customers, proactively identify instructional issues and resolve client concerns
• Liaise with parents, students, Center Director and instructors, communicate educational development, school activities, news and information, or feedback gathered from parents or through other activities
• Prepare teaching materials in students binders, craft and send progress report to parents periodically
• Delegate appropriate tasks to lead instructors and instructors to achieve efficiency in center operations

Qualifications:

• Graduated from high school, with some college experience preferred
• Experience managing an office, including ordering office supplies and resolving simple IT issues preferred
• Previous experience in a lead position with an education institution with school-aged children is preferred, previous experience with Mathnasium is highly preferred
• Hours: 20 - 40 hours/week (flexible)

All applicants will be required to provide work authorization, and pass a background check. Center Hours : Monday-Thursday: 2 - 7 pm Sunday: 12 - 6 pm Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
