We are seeking a highly organized Dispatcher to coordinate scheduling and support our residential HVAC Installers. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient HVAC install dispatch, installer routing, and customer scheduling throughout the day. Responsibilities include: Dispatch HVAC installers efficiently to meet customer appointment times Manage incoming service requests and schedule heating and air conditioning service calls Coordinate technician routing and job assignments to maximize efficiency Monitor call flow through the HVAC platform and dispatch system Communicate with technicians and customers to provide updates on HVAC install appointments Support field teams throughout the day by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issues Maintain accurate service scheduling and ensure technicians remain productive throughout the day This is a fast-paced, in-office dispatcher position supporting residential HVAC install operations. Qualifications What You Need: Prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or call center environments Experience coordinating field service teams (HVAC or home services preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems Familiarity with local geography to support technician routing and service scheduling Must report daily to the office (no remote work available) Flexibility to work assigned shifts and weekend rotations as needed Must pass background check and drug screening Sign-On Bonuses only available for roles that have them advertised; amounts are depending on experience and will be paid out according to an offer letter addendum.
