Florida Day Hawk Radiologist 100% Remote | Flexible Schedule | High Compensation
A well-established, physician-led multi-specialty medical group is seeking a Day Hawk Radiologist to join their team in a 100% remote, non-partnership role. This is an excellent opportunity for a radiologist seeking strong compensation, work-life balance, and the ability to work from anywhere with full support and cutting-edge technology.
Compensation Options
Employed (W-2):
- Base Salary: $450,000
- Includes 10,500 RVUs annually
- $45 per RVU above threshold
Independent Contractor (1099):
- Base Compensation: $550,000
- Includes 11,000 RVUs annually
- $45 per RVU above threshold
Schedule & Work Environment
- 100% Remote Full workstation, PACS, and IT support provided
- Weekday Hours: 11:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Weekend Hours: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
- 7-on / 7-off rotation for optimal work-life balance

Clinical Responsibilities
- Interpret urgent care and outpatient imaging studies
- Modalities include:
- X-ray
- CT
- MRI
- Ultrasound
- Fluoroscopy
Qualifications
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Radiology
- Experience in general diagnostic radiology required
- Subspecialty training preferred (Neuro, Body, or MSK)
- Comfortable working in a high-efficiency, remote environment
