Description : Shift Details: Requires weekly availability prefer not to rotate weeks on/weeks off

Schedule: (4) 10-hour shifts per week 3 12s and would like Saturdays and Sundays too if they can work weekends

ALL TIME OFF REQUESTS must be made upfront

NO LOCALS, Must live 50 miles from the facility

Ask if they have worked, gone to school, and or been affiliated with UVA in any way, and if so put on the presentation.

ACLS & BLS Certifications MUST BE VALID and COMPLETED THROUGH THE AHA

Must have COVID & Flu Vaccine

• Skills required: All CRNA scopes of practice
• Cases the clinician will not be doing include: open heart/thoracic, peds, obstetrics, and performing peripheral nerve blocks

Practice Setting:

• Inpatient & Outpatient

Requirements:

• Minimum experience required: 2 years minimum experience required, preferably academic background and level 1 or 2 trauma experience. Will consider outpatient-only candidates but would prefer someone with recent experience in inpatient settings. require one year of
