Landscaper

Outdoor Laborer

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:30pm

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/HR

Duties:

• Build and install outdoor living spaces, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and landscape features.
• Perform lawn installation and maintenance tasks, including grading, seeding, and sod installation.
• Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape materials according to project plans.
• Load, unload, and transport landscaping materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
• Operate landscaping equipment and use hand tools safely and effectively.
• Assist with site preparation, material placement, and project cleanup.
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Previous landscaping, lawn care, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Experience building outdoor living spaces, patios, retaining walls, or hardscape features is a plus.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and hand tools safely.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull landscaping materials and equipment throughout the workday.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
