Work Environment The position operates entirely within a secure and interactive virtual clinic environment. Using cutting-edge telehealth tools, our clinical team collaborates to provide high-quality mental health services. The role requires a Monday to Friday work schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a work-life balance alongside fulfilling professional duties. Key Responsibilities Conduct individual and group therapy sessions remotely, utilizing video conferencing and other telehealth platforms. Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations and create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each individual's circumstances. Actively coordinate with a multidisciplinary remote care team, including psychiatrists and support staff, to enhance the patient care experience and optimize treatment outcomes. Maintain strict compliance with confidentiality protocols and ethical requirements while documenting clinical notes and client interactions in an electronic health record (EHR) system. Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring efficacy in therapeutic approaches. Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay abreast of the latest clinical practices and technological advancements in telehealth. Patient Population / Client Focus This position primarily focuses on supporting adults and adolescents navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Our clientele often seeks compassionate care tailored to their unique experiences, and as an LICSW, you will play a pivotal role in guiding them towards recovery and resilience. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. Possession of an active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Massachusetts. A minimum of two years of clinical experience post-licensure is essential, showcasing your ability to work effectively with diverse mental health challenges. Strong diagnostic skills coupled with the ability to formulate cohesive treatment plans that are innovative and evidence-based. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster productive relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with staff remotely. Adept in cultural competency to ensure sensitive, inclusive care across various demographic backgrounds. Preferred Experience Experience working in a telehealth setting or with secure electronic health record (EHR) systems. Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and practices. Background in leading group therapy sessions. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
