Customer Service Representative – Video Repair

At Spectrum, our connectivity products – Spectrum Internet, Mobile, streaming and linear Video, and Voice – seamlessly converge to power our customers' digital lives. As a Customer Service Representative – Video Repair, you will work in one of our call center locations where you'll be responsible for providing support and repair services for our video technology, using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting guides to provide solutions to our customers.
To help you become a subject matter expert on our products, we provide a comprehensive training program, so that you can create positive experiences for our customers - and achieve your financial goals. While six months of customer service experience is preferred, we'll give you the tools and resources needed to build a long and successful career with us.
