Cloud Support Engineer

We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to support a large-scale AWS environment with 100+ production applications and critical SaaS platforms. This role focuses on cloud operations, incident management, monitoring, IAM, backup/recovery, security, and AWS migration support. Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 AWS cloud infrastructure support and incident management. Support AWS and SaaS platforms including Snowflake, MongoDB Atlas, and Confluent Cloud . Manage IAM, monitoring, observability, backup/recovery, and cloud security controls . Develop and maintain Terraform Infrastructure as Code (IaC) . Support AWS data center migration, application onboarding, and post-migration stabilization. Assist with audits, compliance evidence, remediation, and operational documentation. Participate in on-call rotation and collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Security, Development, and SRE teams. 3+ years of hands-on AWS Support experience 6+ years of overall IT experience Strong AWS Cloud knowledge Terraform, Python, and GitHub IAM / cloud security experience Cloud incident management and production support Backup and recovery experience, preferably AWS Backup Monitoring/observability experience; Datadog preferred AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or equivalent knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr
