Pronghorn Pizza / Dos Cabezas WineWorks seeks kitchen crewmember - looking for motivated individuals to work in the kitchen prepping ingredients, working pantry, making & baking pizza.

If you lack pizza experience, but know your way around the kitchen, are hard working, reliable, driven, self motivated, excited about high quality production & constant improvement - we may have a job for you. You must be trustworthy, able to work clean and with a positive attitude in a fast paced environment. Must be open to constructive criticism and correction.

We're a busy, modern wood fired pizza joint @ one of Arizona’s top wineries in the heart of Sonoita wine country.

Our food is simple. Based on high quality ingredients from cool folks. We work to find the best stuff, prepare it simply and share it with the people.

The Job:

• It's a job cooking... but also cleaning
• Responsible for all aspects of daily kitchen operations: you will do all the things. prep ingredients, make pizza, make salads, plate cold dishes, wash those dishes, deliver food to tables, do laundry, mop floors - all the kitchen stuff.
• Work with amazing ingredients from the best purveyors and farmers
• Cook great food
