Travel Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation Therapy - $2,679 per week

The assignment begins on 05/25/2026 for a 13‑week duration, with 40 hours per week (8‑hour shifts). The role is a travel assignment within a healthcare setting. Position Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 05/25/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Conduct assessment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services. Provide direct patient care, assessing medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Develop and administer treatment programs with specific goals tailored to each patient’s capacity and tolerance. Set realistic and achievable goals for patients, document and record patient condition. Educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions per physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet therapy goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE). Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program. Minimum one year of experience as a Physical Therapist. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or in the process of obtaining licensure. Current CPR certification. Additional requirements may be determined by the client facility.
