Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions affecting physical mobility and functional independence
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans across acute and outpatient settings
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to provide specialty care ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Travel between Corvallis and Albany to provide care at multiple points of service based on patient need
• Document patient progress using the EMR system and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and strategies for continued independence

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification (BLS/BCLS) required
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Willingness to travel between Corvallis and Albany as needed
• Ability to work every weekend - Saturday and Sunday

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and functional mobility interventions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working with a diverse patient population across the lifespan
• Adaptable to fast-paced acute and outpatient environments
• Proficiency with EMR systems (Point Click)
