Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area: handle claims and returns, zone the area, receive and stock merchandise, set up, clean, and organize product displays, remove damaged goods, label and price merchandise, complete audits, paperwork, logs, and documentation. Provide member service: acknowledge members, identify their needs, locate merchandise, assist with purchasing decisions, provide deli products, resolve issues and concerns, and promote the company’s products and services. Follow company policies related to the freezer/cooler area: comply with food handling policies, operate, repair, and sanitize equipment, follow cold chain procedures when stocking merchandise, clean freezer/cooler/deli area, monitor fans, drains, and doors, and report issues to management. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00*. *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
