Inside Sales Representative

Join Our Team as an Inside Sales Representative Livingston Pipe and Tube, Inc., a carbon steel pipe and tube distributor based in Staunton, Illinois, is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities of our Inside Sales Representative In this role, you will be responsible for developing leads, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and supporting sales growth through proactive outreach. You’ll work closely with our internal teams to understand customer needs and deliver dependable service. This position is based at our Staunton, IL, headquarters and requires limited travel. Generate leads through phone calls and email communication Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales leads Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals Collaborate with operations and management team Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred (inside or phone sales a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus This is a commission-based sales position Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Short-term and Long-term Disability Insurance Mon. - Fri.: 8am - 5pm Sat. & Sun.: Closed Contact for shipping hours #J-18808-Ljbffr Livingston Pipe & Tube
