Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up. Produce, present and sell appropriate insurance policies to clients. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency. Call prospective customers by operatingtelephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies. Requirements Property & Casualty insurance license (preferred). Willing to train. Life & Health insurance (preferred) . Willing to train. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
