- Ensure safety guidelines are followed, as well as compliance with state and local health, safety, and fire codes
- Perform direct care as needed to meet contractual obligations and budgetary performance expectations
- Participate in the orientation of new employees and the transfer of knowledge essential to the performance of duties
What You'll Need:

- Independent licensure required: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- 1+ year of supervisory experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical/counseling experience desired
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to trauma-informed care, recovery-oriented practice, and SCADD's values of diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Why SCADD?

We believe in second chances and the power of recovery — and we know that strong, compassionate clinical leadership is what makes that possible. If you're ready to lead a team that makes a real difference in people's lives, we want to hear from you.
