Third Grade Teacher Location: Miami Springs, FL Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM About the Opportunity A well-established private, faith-based elementary school in the Miami Springs area is seeking a passionate, nurturing, and dedicated Third Grade Teacher for the upcoming school year. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons for third-grade students. Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that promotes respect and student growth. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of students. Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments and use data to inform instruction. Establish effective classroom management routines and maintain high expectations for student behavior. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with fellow teachers, specialists, and school leadership to support student success. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, school events, and parent conferences. Integrate educational technology and innovative instructional strategies into daily instruction. Foster critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Maintain accurate attendance, grading, and student records. Support the school's faith-based mission and values. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Preferred Previous elementary classroom teaching experience. Experience using educational technology and digital learning tools. Strong classroom management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
