Surgical Technologist Employment Type Part time Shift Day Shift Description Surgical Technologist Department: Operating Room - In our Operating Room at Chelsea, more than 5,000 inpatient and outpatient surgeries are performed annually in the fields of gynecology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, general surgery, otorhinolaryngology, podiatry, plastic surgery, and spine surgery. Anticipates the needs of the surgeon by demonstrating knowledge of surgical procedures and the anatomy and physiology of the human body. Shift Available Day Shift Status Available Part time, benefit eligible - 48 hours per pay period – every two weeks Required Qualifications Graduation from a certified surgical technologist program. Surgical Technologist Certification is required within six months of employment.
