Work Location: This position will be at a Subway Restaurant in Bryan Texas or College Station Texas. This position develops the skills required to be fully responsible for the day to day operations of a Subway Restaurant. Ideal candidates will have a focus on hospitality and service. We are looking for friendly people who understand the need to smile and have positive interactions with all of our customers both internal and external. The duties include performing all of the operational tasks of Store Manager. Including being aware of local and national healthy and food safety codes Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring restaurant is ready on every level for the beginning of a new marketing window Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
