MLR is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's critical care team near Sweetwater, TX!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, direct patient care in the Critical Care Unit (CCU) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) following physician orders and established protocols.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies while continuously monitoring patient responses.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, document findings accurately, and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatment options, and care plans.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing education to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or a Compact state required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous experience in a CCU/ICU setting is highly desirable.
