They should be organized and able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure. A bartender is responsible for representing the Company by providing guest service that exhibits professionalism, attention to detail, and the desire to create a welcoming environment while living by our Core Values. Responsibilities Responsible for serving guests at the bar while also fulfilling drink orders for the dining room Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client and maintain a safe environment by identifying problem clients and having them removed Keep the bar area clean in accordance with the company’s guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
