Job Summary:

At Serenity Estates of Morris, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our 2nd shift team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. We're seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA who is committed to delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact in our community.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Provide vital care services such as medication management, vital sign monitoring, and mobility assistance

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and understanding in all interactions with residents and their families

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred
