Job Summary and Responsibilities As anOB/GYN Physician with Camellia Women's Health,you willdeliver exceptional patient-centered care, providing a full scope of women's health services within a dynamic, well-established Sacramento practice. This unique opportunity allows you to blend traditional outpatient care with specializedOB hospitalist coverage, utilizing cutting-edge technology including theDaVinci RobotandLevel III NICUfacilities. You'll contribute to a respected community presence, impacting local healthcare and fostering strong patient relationships. Every day you willdiagnose and treat women's health conditions, manage pregnancies and deliveries, and provide compassionate family planning services. You'll participate in an innovative practice model, performing both clinic-based procedures and providing hospitalist duties, with a flexible call schedule (1:6 to 1:14) that includes valuable post-call days off. Youll collaborate closely with a supportive team of experienced OB/GYNs and Nurse Practitioners, further developing your clinical and potentially administrative skills. To be successful in this role, you will be aboard-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN, passionate about delivering personalized patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will possess strong diagnostic and surgical skills, adapt well to a hybrid outpatient and hospitalist model, and demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and continuous medical education. Leveraging your expertise within anindependent physician-owned practice, you'll have the autonomy to directly influence care quality and patient outcomes. We are offering a highly competitive salary and signing incentives, provided by Camellia Women's Health, with a guaranteed base for the first two years and a transparent profit-sharing model for partners.
