Role: AP Specialist I Type: Contract to Hire Pay: $20 - $23 / Hour Location: Orlando, FL 32806 - In office 5x weekly Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). About the Role We are looking for an Accounts Payable I team member to support our finance department. This is an entry‑level role ideal for candidates with 0–2 years of AP, administrative, or data entry experience who are eager to learn and grow in accounts payable. Key Responsibilities Open and sort incoming mail and invoices. Enter invoices into the accounting system accurately and efficiently. Assist with basic vendor communications over the phone or email. Support AP team members with reconciliations, filing, and administrative tasks. Utilize basic Excel skills for data entry, tracking, and reporting. Help ensure timely processing of invoices and adherence to company policies. Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in accounts payable, data entry, or administrative roles. Basic knowledge of Excel and willingness to learn AP systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
