NH Licensed Massage Therapist

Position ResponsibilitiesClient Care* Provide safe, customized massage therapy sessions based on each clients goals, medical history, and physical assessment.* Utilize your knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, physiology, and pathology to create individualized treatment plans.* Modify techniques appropriately for injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, chronic pain, and other contraindications.* Educate clients on self-care, stretching, posture, and wellness recommendations when appropriate.* Maintain accurate and timely SOAP notes and client documentation.Standards of Excellence* Consistently meet Relaxologys service standards for every session.* Deliver personalized treatments rather than one-size-fits-all massages.* Maintain professional draping, sanitation, communication, and therapeutic techniques.* Be committed to continuous education and improving your clinical skills.* Take ownership of your work and always look for ways to elevate the client experience.Customer Service* Create a warm, welcoming environment from the moment each client arrives until they leave.* Build genuine relationships with clients through professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication.* Assist clients with rebooking, product recommendations when appropriate, and checkout.* Handle questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and compassion.Clinic Maintenance* Clean, sanitize, and maintain treatment rooms, massage tables, equipment, hot stones, towel warmers, and shared workspaces according to company standards.* Restock treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness throughout the day.* Help ensure the clinic remains beautiful, organized, and ready to welcome every guest.Team Contribution* Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture.* Attend meetings and training sessions.* Maintain an active massage license and complete any required continuing education.* Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.Qualifications* Current massage therapy license in good standing.* Strong knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, physiology, and contraindications.* Excellent communication and customer service skills.* Ability to think critically and safely adapt each massage to the individual client.* Reliable, professional, and self-motivated.* Passion for learning and growing within the profession.What We ValueWere not looking for someone who simply completes appointments.Were looking for someone who wants every client to leave saying, That was the best massage Ive ever had.
