Position: Full-Time Traveling (OA or RDA)

HAPPY BRACES is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled and reliable Orthodontic Assistant to join our amazing team! If you love creating beautiful smiles and thrive in a positive, patient-focused environment — we’d love to meet you!

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Current Orthodontic Assistant (OA) Permit or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on orthodontic experience

• Proficiency with traditional bracket systems

• Strong knowledge of orthodontic appliances

• Experience with clear aligner systems (Invisalign or similar)

• Familiarity with iTero scanner and other modern orthodontic technologies

• Excellent customer service, communication, and chairside manner

• Dependable with strong attendance and reliable transportation for travel between offices
