Certified Nursing Assistant

Stratford Manor Rehabilitation & Care Center in West Orange, NJ is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehab setting. The CNA will assist with ADLs, hygiene, mobility, and feeding, monitor and record vital signs, and promptly report changes to nursing staff. You will support both short-term rehab and long-term care residents, follow care plans, maintain infection control and safety standards, and foster dignity, comfort, and respect. Work closely with an interdisciplinary team in a resident-centered, professional, and growth-focused environment.
