Pay $20-23 / hour Responsibilities Work alongside the kitchen team to prepare and plate desserts according to established recipes and standards Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service Assist with inventory and ordering as needed Qualifications Previous experience as a pastry cook is required Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment Ability to work in a fast‑paced and high‑pressure environment Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work collaboratively with others Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Skills Kitchen Prep - Expert Detail Oriented - Advanced Cooking - Advanced Behaviors Leader: Inspires teammates to follow them Loyal: Shows firm and constant support to a cause Team Player: Works well as a member of a group Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity Education Preferred: High School or better.
