How you will contribute A Laboratory Coordinator who excels in this role: Supports high-quality patient care by performing diagnostic testing on patient specimens to assist physicians in the diagnosis and monitoring of disease states. Assists with training and oversight of laboratory personnel as assigned Responsible for Laboratory Information System (LIS) functions, including system file maintenance and support of the laboratory quality assurance program. Ensures compliance with all applicable quality, safety, and regulatory standards while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality in all laboratory operations. What we are looking for Applicants should have Associate's in MLT or Bachelor's in MT Required Associate's or Bachelor's in Medical Laboratory Science Preferred AMLT Certification or Equivalent Required within 1 year of hire ASCP or Equivalent preferred Central Carolina Hospital is a 137-bed acute care hospital that has been offering exceptional care to the Lee County community for over 115 years.
