In this role, you'll help individuals and families choose insurance solutions that fit their needs while building long-term relationships based on trust and exceptional service. If you're driven, enjoy helping others, and want a career with growth potential, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Build relationships with new and existing customers.
Learn about each client's needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
Educate customers on coverage options so they can make informed decisions.
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.
Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Maintain accurate client records and support agency growth.

What We're Looking For

Active Property & Casualty License preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Positive, goal-oriented attitude.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
Comfortable learning new technology and agency systems.
Team player who enjoys helping others succeed.
