Veterinary Technician

All Cats Clinic | Fayetteville, AR
$18–$22/hour | Full-Time or Part-Time

Feline-Focused but Tired of Corporate?

You became a veterinary technician to use your skills, make a difference in patient care, and be part of a team that values what you bring to the table — not to feel like just another number.

At All Cats Clinic , we're a privately owned, feline-exclusive practice where experienced technicians are trusted, utilized, and respected .

No barking dogs. No mixed-species chaos. Just thoughtful, focused feline medicine in an environment built specifically around the needs of cats.

If you take pride in your technical skills, enjoy educating clients, and want to be more involved in patient care, this may be the change you've been looking for.

This Isn't a "Hold the Cat" Technician Role

We want our technicians using the skills they've worked hard to develop.

You'll have the opportunity to be actively involved in:

• Venipuncture, including jugular and medial saphenous draws

• IV catheter placement and fluid therapy

• IV, IM, and SQ medication administration

• Anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery

• Surgical and dental procedures

• Dental radiographs

• Technician appointments

• Nursing care for hospitalized feline patients

• In-house diagnostics, including urinalysis, radiographs, and IDEXX VetLab

• Client education and discharge instructions

You'll work closely with our doctors and team while having the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to each patient's care.

Why Experienced Technicians Choose All Cats

Privately Owned & Operated
Work in an environment where decisions are made within the practice and relationships matter.

100% Feline Focused
Build deeper expertise in feline medicine while working in an environment intentionally designed around cats.

Use Your Technical Skills
We want technicians practicing at the top of their abilities and taking an active role in patient care.

A Different Kind of Veterinary Environment
Our cat-only setting eliminates many of the sounds, smells, and stressors that can make traditional veterinary visits challenging for feline patients.

Education Is Part of the Job
If you enjoy helping clients understand their cat's health and becoming a trusted resource for them, you'll fit right in.

A Team That Values Consistency
We're looking for someone who wants to know their teammates, their clients, and their patients — and become an important part of the practice.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a licensed or credentialed Veterinary Technician (RVT, LVT, or CVT) who is confident in their abilities and genuinely enjoys working with cats.

You'll thrive here if you:

• Have veterinary clinical experience and strong hands-on technical skills
• Are confident with feline handling and patient care
• Communicate clearly with clients, doctors, and teammates
• Take ownership of your responsibilities
• Pay attention to the details
• Enjoy learning and continuing to develop your skills
• Want to contribute to a collaborative, privately owned practice

Our practice is dedicated exclusively to feline medicine, allowing our team to develop a deeper understanding of feline behavior, health, and handling. We strive to create an environment where cats feel safe and secure and where our team can provide thoughtful, high-quality care without many of the stressors found in a traditional mixed-animal setting.
