STARTING RATE: $16.00

HOURLY PAY RANGE: $16.00 – $16.97

What You Will Do Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer walks away with the perfect choice. Contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals and develop your skills in retail sales and product knowledge. Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise; lift and carry shoes and boxes, occasionally up to 50 pounds, and remain on your feet for most of your shift. Handle cashier responsibilities, process payments accurately, and ensure customers leave with a great final impression. Stay informed on the latest Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories and share product details to improve the customer experience and boost sales. Collaborate with teammates to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards. What We Need From You Eager to deliver top‑notch customer service in an entry‑level retail role. Driven to meet and exceed retail sales goals. Reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities. Able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability. Excited to represent the Skechers brand with energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential. Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
