Customer Service Manger

Customer Service Manager Lawn Doctor is looking for an experienced and self-motivated Customer Service Manager to lead our office team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and guiding a team to deliver outstanding service. As the Customer Service Manager, you will oversee daily customer service operations, coach and support team members, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You'll play a key role in maintaining a professional and positive customer experience while helping drive growth. Responsibilities: Lead, train, and support the customer service team to ensure excellent performance. Serve as the main point of contact for escalated customer issues and resolve them professionally. Oversee scheduling, data entry, and customer account management. Monitor customer service metrics, retention, and satisfaction. Assist with inside sales, upselling, and service recommendations when needed. Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment. Ensure communication with customers is clear, professional, and solution-focused. Requirements: Previous management or supervisory experience in customer service preferred. Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
