Roles and Responsibilities:  
As a Planning Manager, you will play a vital role in our team by: 
- Leading the planning and forecasting processes to align with our strategic goals. 
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of plans. 
- Analyzing data to identify trends and make informed decisions that drive efficiency. 
- Developing and maintaining robust planning tools and methodologies. 
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment. 
- Mentoring and guiding team members to foster growth and development within the planning function. 

Experience Level:  
- Preferred experience level is 5 to 7 years in a planning or related role, demonstrating a strong understanding of planning principles and practices.
