IT/PM - Scrum Master (TS/SCI w/ POLY)

Position: IT Project Manager Must hold an active TS/SCI with Polygraph Responsibilities Plan and coordinate program management activities, including meeting scheduling and preparation of briefings and presentations Support the Program Manager with resource planning, leveling, and analysis Supervise team members within the agile team structure and manage performance Document Agile Project Plans (MVIs, Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria) with impact analysis and level of effort in the enterprise requirements management tool Oversee agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and more Proactively remove roadblocks for the development team Create and maintain project reporting using the enterprise requirements management system Manage project schedules, take meeting notes, and track action items to completion Assist in preparing management plans and reports Support the collection and publication of data for plans, policies, and reports Provide technical writing and editing support across documents and deliverables Compose technical documentation, including user manuals, training materials, installation guides, and reports Mandatory Skills Demonstrated success working in collaborative, fast-paced environments with evolving requirements Strong analytical and communication skills for process development and documentation Prior experience supporting IT software development projects Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks and principles Proven ability to work well within cross-functional teams Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Optional Skills Proficiency in PM software such as Microsoft Project and Visio Familiarity with project management techniques, PM frameworks, and Agile SDLC practices Comfortable interfacing with senior-level stakeholders Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Current PMP Certification If you\'re a motivated project manager ready to take on a critical leadership role in a high-impact environment, we encourage you to join Falls Technology and help us deliver excellence on every front. #J-18808-Ljbffr
