# Business Operations SupervisorApply: US-AZ-Phoenix, Arizona (East Sky Harbor Cir): Full time: Posted Yesterday: R247180# **Position:**Business Operations Supervisor# **Job Description:**Arrow Electronics is currently seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Inventory Control and Branch Support supervisor to join our team. You will be expected to demonstrate excellence in key areas, including safety, quality, precision, collaboration, reporting, and reliability.**What You'll Be Doing:*** Work with the team to prioritize tasks and maintain various ticketing systems to support various reports and dashboards. Update the data fields on regular basis and ensure the data in the database is accurate. Ensure any change to the data fields is promptly reflected in all the related reports and dashboards.* Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are published on time and with 100% accuracy and maintain consistency.* Ensure adherence to outlined SLAs for department performance and work as the first escalation point for the related teams to resolve issues or expedite within the team.* Assist the team where necessary in resolving discrepancies and performing inventory investigations. Prioritize tasks for the team and address any data error or issue raised by internal or external stakeholders and assist in driving root cause for the discrepancy.* Monitor workflow and work on escalated branch services requests.* Assist in resolving Inventory discrepancy resolution from reports.* Provides solutions on procedures and issues regarding inventory control, ensures legal compliance to requirements, and interacts with internal/external customer.* Constantly coaching the team on the new techniques and methodologies to improve the overall efficiency of the team.* Explore and implement system automation where possible in the reports to achieve maximum efficiency with accuracy with the available resources and time.* Oversee support for the sales team on warehouse matters, including resolving customer issues and performing inventory counts to address discrepancies.* Oversee those providing customer service for receiving, picking, shipping, special handling, and other inquiries.* Assist in resolving warehouse or programming center issues, such as expediting, shipping changes, and value-added modifications.* Manage order cancellations, changes, status checks, RTS documentation, and sure ship processing.* Conduct RACI counts and performs stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.* Assist in managing the physical activities necessary to receive, sort, package, ship, and teardown inventory.**What We Are Looking For:*** Typically requires a 4-year degree and 1–2 years of experience or a 2-year degree and equivalent related experience.* Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of business, technical or warehouse support or production team.* Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion.* Receives guidance and oversight from manager.* Typically spends up to 40% of time performing the work supervised.* Accountable for the results of small-sized routine support or production operations teams.* Solves problems based on set policies and procedures.* Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.* Trains team members and provide input to employee performance evaluations.* Has developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training or education.**What’s In It For You:**At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
