Providing expert-level technical assistance, the temporary remote Technical Support Specialist II will manage complex configurations, resolve sophisticated equipment issues, and deliver advanced troubleshooting for enterprise-grade hardware and software solutions. Key responsibilities Provide expert-level support for configuration and troubleshooting of proprietary hardware, software, and integrated communication solutions Perform firmware upgrades, manage support requests, and deliver multilingual assistance across various communication channels Document and escalate cases while collaborating with senior engineering and support teams on high-priority incidents Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in Hardware/Software Technical Support with advanced English proficiency and Dutch language skills Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced support environment Experience with customer interactions through email, chat, and calls, providing troubleshooting guidance Strong commitment to quality and maintaining accurate case documentation Familiarity with web technologies, computers, and smartphones
