Senior UX Product Designer

Pioneering the integration of Generative AI into enterprise-level workflows, the full-time Senior UX Product Designer will design end-to-end user flows and prototypes for contact center workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to enhance operational efficiency and user engagement Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate Generative AI capabilities into internal CRM and communication systems Develop data-driven design proposals based on user feedback and analytics to iterate on service design solutions Required qualifications 3+ years of professional UX/product design experience, focusing on internal tools or enterprise platforms Proficiency in designing for complex enterprise ecosystems, particularly with CRM platforms and contact center technologies Proven experience in optimizing user workflows and incorporating AI-enabled features for operational efficiency Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience Strong consultative skills and fluency in modern collaboration and design tools
