Hospital Services Assistant Nurse Manager

Northwest Kidney Centers seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager For our Hospital Services Team Shift:Full-time, Variable Days Sunday through Saturday 0800-1700, plus on call rotation Purpose Under general direction by the Nurse Manager, the Assistant Nurse Manager utilizes the nursing process to prescribe, prioritize, delegate, and provide safe, therapeutic allocation of resources to patients/families. The ANM makes independent judgments and decisions, and acts regarding a wide range of routine and complex staffing and department workflow issues. The ANM collaborates with the appropriate disciplines to coordinate continuity of patient care.
