Schedule Sunday: 12:50p-10p (flexible for entire shift or evenings) Monday: 1:50p-10p Tuesday: 1:50p-10p Thursday: 6:50a-10p Location 555 N Broadway Jericho, NY 11753 Primary Responsibilities Performs diagnostic x-ray examinations Performs radiology quality assurance Takes vital signs, performs EKGs and assists providers with patient care Prepares exam rooms and x-ray room for patients and documents patient encounters in EMR Performs lab testing and quality assurance Prepares and tracks specimens sent to lab Perform MA duties as needed Restocks and maintains inventory of exam rooms, lab and storage rooms Places outgoing phone calls to patients for follow up care and handles incoming phone calls from patients Assists with other tasks as assigned Optum NY/NJ was formed in 2022 by bringing together Riverside Medical Group, CareMount Medical and ProHealth Care. Required Qualifications Graduate from an accredited radiology technologist program NYS radiology licensure and ARRT registration Customer service experience and solid computer skills required Preferred Qualifications Experience with diagnostic x-ray EMR experience Medical office experience; Urgent Care experience UnitedHealth Group is working to create the health care system of tomorrow.
