Maintenance Technician - Thr Fort Worth - 3rd Shift

Salary: $20 to $25 per hour

Other Forms of Compensation: Shift Differential

Performs a variety of basic maintenance functions. This is a 3rd shift 11pm to 7:30am M-F schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Performs basic maintenance duties and repairs as assigned.
• Assists in making decisions on all minor and routine repairs.
• Maintains equipment; performs minor equipment repairs using power and hand tools.
• Performs a variety of other unskilled or semi-skilled tasks such as minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, minor electrical work, lamp changing and drywall maintenance.
• Maintains logs, performs rounds and completes maintenance work orders, tests and inspections.
• Reads, comprehends and transmits complicated detailed instructions verbally and in writing.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of general building maintenance experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks using a work order system
• Experience with minor drywall and flooring
• Building Automation Systems (BAS)
• Generator monitoring remote notification system
• Text alerts and responding to generators running
• Driver's license and clean driving record
