Part-Time Bookkeeper
Monterey, CA
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
- Prepare monthly financial reports for management
- Assist with ADP payroll processing and payroll-related reporting
- Coordinate with the practice's CPA and tax professionals
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Perform other bookkeeping and administrative duties as needed
- Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
- Experience in a medical practice or healthcare setting preferred, but not required
- Part-time position (approximately 12-15 hours per week)
- Competitive hourly compensation based on experience
- Located in Monterey, California
