Activities Director Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive activities program that promotes resident engagement, socialization, and overall well-being Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to identify and accommodate individual preferences and needs Plan and execute a range of activities, including but not limited to: Educational programs and workshops Fitness and wellness classes Arts and crafts projects Social events and parties Outdoor activities and outings Ensure that all activities are safe, enjoyable, and accessible to all residents Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance, and resident feedback Requirements: Experience in activities direction or a related field Passion for creating engaging and meaningful experiences for seniors Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents as needed Requirements Employment is contingent uponsuccessful completionof a Florida AHCA Level 2 background screeningi in accordancewith state regulations.
